Orange Apple Tea

This month, it has been really wet and cold.  Been raining practically daily.  Added a variety to the apple tea that I started to drink when I had a very bad cough after my trip.  A bug that I caught on the tour bus in Chengdu.

This Orange Apple Tea is really good.  

Learning: I did not manage to get the orange to caramelise as I was afraid that I might burn the tea.  So next round, I will turn down the heat and let it have more time to caramelise.

Overall, it is not a strong tea and good to serve as a beverage for a party as well.
