Grilled Portobello Mushroom

I welcome the idea of giving maids a day off.   I am not helpless when she is not around.  In fact, I truly enjoyed it.  At least it gives me the chance to spring clean my house and you might find lots of surprises.

This time round, I have chosen the fridge as my mission and am glad that not much damage done.  I simply hate throwing food out and with her around, she always leaves bits and pieces waiting for it to expired or rot.

After cleaning the fridges, I went for my grocery shopping.  Saw some nice Portobello and decided to have some Grilled Portobello with bacon as our entrée for tonight’s dinner.

I'm linking this post to Little Thumbs Up event, hosted by Joyce, kitchen flavours, organized by Zoe from Bake For Happy Kids and Doreen for my little favourite D.I.Y.

Your portobello looks delicious with the cheese and bacon. My family would love this, especially the kids! And the steak pie looks good, what a satisfying dinner!
