Brownie Batter Pancake

It's been a while since we last had pancakes as breakfast.  As my kids and hubby all like chocolate, this morning, I prepared Brownie Batter Pancake for them.

I know besides cake batter box, Betty Crocker also has brownie batter pancake box.  As I am not a fan of premixes, I decided to make a batch on my own.

Finding: Light, fluffy with a good chocolatey (make sure you used good quality cocoa powder).  This is so great with fruits and maple syrup.

Do try it!

Serve: 4 What you need:

140g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
25g cocoa powder
55g castor sugar
½ tsp salt
40g melted butter
2 tsp vanilla
216g milk

Method

Mix everything into a bowl and whisk till it is smooth.

Heat pan and using a ladle, scoop batter into pan and cook pancake till cook on both sides.

Serve with maple syrup and fruits.
