The season is in now for Durian. For
some, this is a stinky fruit, for others (including me), this fruit is just
heavenly. I love eating Durian, partly because of its taste and partly it
is like an adventure. Each has its own uniqueness and not all are the
same. It is like having a lucky draw.
Personally I love kampong durian rather than those "branded" ones but these days, getting kampong durian is a challenge.

Well, in the meantime, let's pray for some rain and while waiting, join me for a scoop of Durian ice cream.
What you need:
141g fresh milk
140g whipping cream
50g castor sugar
200g durian puree
Method:
Combine milk and cream. Add in sugar and stir till sugar dissolved.
Add in durian puree and churn in ice cream machine.
Freeze and serve.
