Besides brewing cooling icy drinks, the other way to beat the heat is to eat ice cream and that is exactly what I did.
I made Pumpkin Ice Cream, just love the spices in it but I would prefers a more creamy texture than this.

Pumpkin Ice Cream
The weather for these past days were crazily hot. I need to water my plants two to three times a day even despite the on and off drizzle. Even for last night downpour, by noon, my plants were showing sign of distress. I seriously need a one point watering system.
Besides brewing cooling icy drinks, the other way to beat the heat is to eat ice cream and that is exactly what I did.
I made Pumpkin Ice Cream, just love the spices in it but I would prefers a more creamy texture than this.
