Beef Bakso Noodle Soup

It was an impromptu trip with a few friends that I befriended not too long ago.  I had a fabulous time with these new friends.  We got along really well and since we shared same interest in food, our trip were mainly focus on that.  
Brought home some Beef Bakso as it was recommended by my new Indonesian friend.

So today, I attempt Beef Bakso Noodle Soup that was taught by this talented friend.


I bought two version of this bakso but my family prefers the plain ones rather than the tendon version.

The broth was flavourful but I am sure it will be even better if I remembered buying the celery.   Now that I know how to make the broth, I believe this noodle soup will be seen frequent on our dinning table.
