Cheesy French Toast

Today we have something different from store-bought breakfast.  Let's have some Cheesy French Toast.

What you need:

Bread of your choice

cheddar cheese

Mozzarella cheese

3 eggs

2 tbsp sugar

Method:

Beat eggs with the sugar.  Set aside.

Enclose the bread with the cheese.  Up to you to do the ratio.  

Slice off the edges.

Carefully place the sandwich into the egg.  Let it sit for a while to soak up.  Turn and do likewise.

Heat up the pan and add a small piece of butter.  Once the butter melted.

Usually, a lifter lifts the sandwich carefully and places it in the hot pan.

Fry until golden and turn.  Cook the remaining side until golden.  

Cut into half and serve hot.
