Before covid, we loved this pub that served this soy beef cube. Though we missed it, the pub is no longer around.
Attempted Easy Black Pepper Beef instead and am glad it turned out well.
What you need:
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp black pepper
500g beef cube
Method:
Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce and black pepper to the beef. Mix well with it and let it chill overnight.
Preheat the pan and add a little oil.
Cook until brown on each side.
