Cold tofu with peanut sauce dressing

I am introducing another way of steaming tofu to my helper, for every Friday, her tofu dish is standard and she is so in love with the oyster sauce that my family is getting sick of tasting anything with oyster sauce.

This Cold tofu with Peanut Butter Dressing wasn't new.  I am revisiting this recipe from my old blog.

What you need:
Serve 6

3 block of silky tofu (for steaming)
3 tbsp of smooth peanut butter
1 1/2 tbsp of soya sauce
dash of sesame oil
half cup of hot water
6 tbsp of pork floss
2 century eggs, diced small
spring onion, cut small

Method

Rinsed tofu and place on a microwave plate.  Heat for 1 min.  Remove and drained water and chill.

Add peanut butter, soya sauce and sesame oil with hot water.  Stir till it becomes a smooth mixture.  You can add more hot water to your desired consistency.

Before serving, pour peanut dressing onto cold tofu, add pork floss, century eggs and spring onion.
