Guo Tie (锅贴)

The reporting shows that the PSI is hovering round 50ish but from the naked eyes, it seems higher than that.  This holiday is pretty ruined by the haze as the kids can’t really do outdoor activities.

I have not made Guo Tie (锅贴) aka Potstickers or Fried Dumpling for a long time.

Since this weekend will be the last of the mid term school holiday, I took this opportunity to teach my little one how to pleat a dumpling.

I am quite happy that she is now acquiring skills and also shown interest and being comfortable in the kitchen.
