Stir fry beef with capiscum 青椒炒牛肉

One of the dishes mom always prepared for us when I was still staying home with her was this Stir fry beef with capsicum 青椒炒牛肉 and now I, in turn is cooking for my family.

 Just love this dish with lots of gravy to go with rice.
