Watermelon popsicle

With such humid weather, it is best to eat lots of lots of fruits and drink plenty of water.  Definitely not good idea to fall ill before a school hols.

Bought a watermelon to cool down the heatiness in the body especially now my girl's CCA is back on schedule.

Unfortunately as compared to the last, this one is not really sweet.  I knew my kids will not eat it so I turned it into Watermelon popsicle instead.  Easy peasy.

What you need:

100g raw sugar
700g watermelon (seedless)
1 tbsp of lemon juice

Method:

Using a blender, puree watermelon, sugar and lemon juice together.

Pour into Popsicle container and freezer.

  2. Hi Edith, I also bought a watermelon but blur me only realised I've mistakenly picked a yellow watermelon instead of a red one!! I also nearly wanted to make some popsicle with it but turned it into another dessert instead.
Your watermelon popsicles really looks very inviting and I would love to have one in this hot weather. :)

    1. LY, we hardly eat yellow watermelon as we like ours seedless. Way too lazy to spit out the seeds.
