I like Marshmallow biscuits and had done them numerous times as a snack for my kids. Though it is easy to put together, my challenge was melting down the marshmallow. Through experience, I realized the smaller the marshmallow the better it is.
Found PH has these tiny ones and it can save lots of time cooking it down.
I also discover another method, which is that by coating the marshmallow with melted butter first, it also helps.
This Chocolate Marshmallow Biscuit 雪Q饼 (4) is using this method and I am documenting it down for my reference.
Shared some with my biking friends and they like it as it is not sweet.
