Stir fry pork with mushrooms

My family loves canned straw mushroom and button mushrooms.  These days there are so many brands available for them but I still prefer Narcissus.

Due to the haze, I was trying to stay indoor as much as possible thus we have been eating lots of pork lately as I couldn’t go to Geylang to buy seafood and beef. 

Am glad that the PSI is much lower and hopefully, the haze will pass and we can see more clear blue sky.

This is another dish, stir fry pork with mushroom is something that my mom cooks for us. 



Oh, I misses my mom's cooking so much!
