Egg Devaux

Eversince I was introduced to You tube, I was like going back to school.   I learnt so much from these you tubbers who are so unselfishly sharing their knowlege to the world.

Today, I am experimenting with my new knowledge that I learnt from Make Sushi 1.  He invented Egg Devaux and creating another new method in egg preparation.

Looking at his video, he makes it seems so effortless but true to be told, it wasn't that easy.  Mine actually deflated quite a fair bit.



My little taster, RN who happened to drop by my house had the chance to taste it and he said it was good.  Will try to make this again for my family.
