So for dinner, my girl requested for this Steam Egg Tofu with Minced Pork, so I tried to comply.
I throw in some egg white as I have some in the fridge.
Am happy that she ate this up happily.
What you need:
Minced pork (marinated)
Cut egg tofu into sections. Using a small spoon, dig out a hole in the centre.
Fill in the marinated pork.
Steam for 15 mins.
