Sriracha Garlic Chicken Wing

On my recent trip, I managed to get a bottle of Sriracha Sauce from the supermarket.

So came home and made Sriracha Garlic Chicken Wings for my family.

My family love it especially my little princess.

This dish is definitely a welcome for any parties.  Not only it is easy to prepare but it tasted delicious as well.

Fingers licking good I must say.

What you need:

1kg of mid joint
2 tbsp sriracha sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp salt

2 tbsp plain flour with 2 tbsp rice flour

Toasted sesame seed

Sauce

3 tbsp sriracha sauce
2 tbsp honey

Method:

Marinate chicken with sriracha sauce, honey and salt for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Coat chicken with flour mixture.

Air fry for 15 mins.  Remove.

In a sauce pan, add sauce ingredients and heat until it is well combined.

Add in fried chicken wings and stir to coat well.  Remove.

Sprinkle toasted sesame seed before serving.

    1. Christine, fry 10 mins and see whether it is cooked by piercing a fork through it. If it is difficult fry another 3- 5 mins.
