Beef Stew

It’s sure been a very long time since I last cook a complete meal.  When need to, I usually do something that is fast and easy.

The pain level has been manageable for the past two days, I decided to push myself a little further.  Since A and R will be moving their base from Japan to Singapore and are here to settle down their son A.  I took this opportunity to have them join us for a meal instead of dining out.  After all, I needed a padded chair these days.

I didn't want to strain myself, I planned the menu that I can take step by step to prepare.

So here is what I had done........

Initially, I wanted to do beef rendang but upon knowing that only R takes spicy, I changed it to Stewed Beef to accommodate everyone including my princess and helper.
